Dr. Lars Goehler
Lars Goehler is head of Quality in Travel, the only label, that is specialized to certify quality management systems in the tourism and travel trade internationally. Quality in Travel is based in Berlin (Germany) and is designed to give companies and destinations effective help in following international quality standards and developing their own quality norms and criteria. Quality in Travel has a strong commitment to sustainability and responsibility.

Lars Goehler has been active in the tourism and travel trade for many years as a journalist, public relations and marketing consultant. He has a special connection to India. Mr. H.R. Jayaram
Mr. H.R. Jayaram has born to an agriculturist family, he graduated with B.A. LLB and is a very successful lawyer. He has been working on for the last two decades and is currently the Founder Secretary for Jaivik Krishik Society, Bangalore and Treasurer for ICCOA - International Competence Centre for Organic Agriculture. Sumesh Mangalasseri
Sumesh Mangalasseri is the director and founder of KABANI – (www.kabanitour.com) the other direction, a nonprofit organization working for sustainable tourism. He also founded Kabani Community Tourism & Services, a social entrepreneurship facilitating community involvement in tourism in Indian villages. He hails from a small farmer family from rural Kerala, started his career as software professional.
An art and literature enthusiast along with some of the experiences he gained through working with communities and environment movements changed his destiny and later turned as an active campaigner, researcher, policy analyst and consultant of sustainable tourism.... more
 
 
 
Rashmi Sawant
An acclaimed community tourism entrepreneur leading a successful enterprise (www.cultureaangan.com) contributing to the conservation of bio-diversity, environment, arts, crafts and promoting rural livelihood. Showcased first time ever Indian traditional arts and tribal crafts in international festival like Edinburgh Festival, Scotland and Errigal Arts festival, Ireland. She is awarded the Most Innovative Community tourism Initiative award at the hands of Secretary Tourism, Government of India at a Seminar organized by ASSOCHAM and Yes Bank in New Delhi.

The concept of sustainable rural tourism in Sindhudurg is introduced by her. She received the Konkan Ratna for work done in the area of sustainable tourism in the Konkan region. Now she is fully involved in developing and marketing rural tourism in India.
 
 
 
Kuldip Ghadvi
Kuldip Ghadvi, the owner of Kutch Adventures India, (www.kutchadventuresindia.com) was born and brought up in Bhuj (the capital of the Kutch region). Passionate about nature and the surrounding land, he started his tour business as a way of sharing it with visitors and uplifting the local communities who live there. An important focus of Kuldip's business philosophy is sustainable community based tourism. Through his tours, he aims to promote and bring awareness to the lesser known artisans in the region, to help them get recognition.

Jayanthi R Iyengar (Founder)
A commerce graduate with specialization in Computer (software engineer), Jayanthi, has a keen interest for the sustenance of the environment specially biodiversity. She founded India Tourism eCatalog, and has worked in the tourism industry for the last 11 years in close conjunction with state government tourism boards. www.indiatourismecatalog.com

She also has a passion for spreading value-based ethical living and conducted several workshops. She founded a social organisation, www.eternalenergy.in which is basically doing workshops (value based and ethical living), and also directly works for animal causes.
